Tour De Phelps returns to Summerfest, June 2, 2018. The 12 mile ride, round trip will begin at Matt’s Steakhouse to the St. James City Hall where riders can take a break and ride back to Matt’s Steakhouse. This ride is open to all level of riders. This is a leisurely ride and not a race. Water will be provided, all riders must wear a HELMET!!
